This collection of photographs taken in March 2016 in Tanzania. They are a gateway towards that ravaged country, like many African nations, on the eastern coast of the Black Continent, where the general population lives in rural areas and is still not caught up in the complexities of the urban world. The people of this land keep carrying the pure African happiness, hardworking, coexistence and natural peacefulness, which are the basis of the Tanzanian's lifestyle, a nation that, after hundreds of years of historical hardship, prefers to smile against the eyes of an alien photographer.

This collection attempts to document the small ears of this rural culture. The faces, movements, clothes, body states, the generally green field of space dominion are all and all the narrative of folk with a full-blown African culture surrendered to nature.

• In Swahili, "Maisha" means life, and it seems to be derived from the word "livelihood". It should be recalled that many native speakers of Tanzanian people and Zanzibar have a Persian root.
